Join a Monthly Working Group!
Thank you to all the wonderful families that joined our interest groups in late 2024 and early 2025! We are processing the feedback we received to create a safe and sustainable community where our residents can live as independently as possible in a home of their own choice that fits their needs.
We are now hosting monthly working groups where we will delve deeper into the needs of these unique individuals and explore how to successfully design, build, and operate a community that exceeds our expectations.

The founders of COC, Amy Hansel and Emily Peters, are both parents of children with autism and Down syndrome. They are determined to create a space in Wisconsin where their children and others with similar disabilities will be supported and able to reach their fullest potential within a natural environment.
With a very ambitious goal of developing an entire community including care homes, apartments, a supportive hub, and a wraparound community, COC will be very appreciative of all donations.
