The apartment building includes one and two-bedroom units for adults with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities who need support to live independently. APTS at CROCUS will provide on-site staff, along with a variety of amenities including an exercise room, multipurpose rooms, and outdoor gathering spaces. Residents will be able to choose their own Supportive Home Care providers for any additional services needed.

The interior finishes are modern, but also colorful and warm. Walls and permanent furniture like kitchen cabinets are plain and neutral to allow residents to bring in their own pops of color.
