HAVEN at CROCUS is a community co-op that will be located within the Communities of Crocus (COC) property but is separate and distinct from Communities of Crocus the Nonprofit 501(c)(3). HAVEN at CROCUS will be structured as a housing co-op and each member of the co-op will be entitled to lease a unit.

These housing units will be 2-bedroom/2.5 bath duplexes, with 2 residents per unit. Haven is being created for individuals with various levels of need.
